When it comes to ramen, this is the place to be at.
You get to pick the tenderness of your noodles, the amount of oil in your broth, and how strong you want your broth to be. and on top of that... you get to pick the additional items you want in your soup.
I always order a number 1 (hakata ramen) medium broth, light oil, normal noodle tenderness with pork, flavored egg, and shredded seaweed. Im very plain when it comes to noodles, ask anybody. My friends in the other hand always add spicy miso, corn, and bamboo on top of what i get. So be creative, everyone has their own combination. :)
